Terms and Conditions for Business Customers

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases from NF Engros AS through our website and webshop. NF Engros supplies products primarily to businesses and professional customers within the hospitality and foodservice industry.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

1. Orders

Orders placed through the NF Engros webshop are subject to product availability and acceptance by NF Engros.

After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation or other confirmation of the order. If we are unable to fulfil an order or part of an order, we will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

NF Engros reserves the right to correct obvious errors in product information, pricing or availability.

2. Prices

Prices displayed in the webshop are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK).

Applicable VAT and any additional charges will be shown or specified in connection with the order where relevant.

Prices, product availability and product information may be updated without prior notice.

3. Payment

Available payment methods and applicable payment terms may depend on the customer agreement and the type of order.

Where purchases are made on invoice, payment is due according to the payment terms stated on the relevant invoice.

Additional payment methods, where available, will be displayed during checkout.

4. Delivery

NF Engros offers delivery and logistics solutions for professional customers. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order size and destination.

Products that are not currently in stock may be ordered from our suppliers and may therefore have a longer delivery time.

Any applicable delivery or shipping charges will be communicated as part of the ordering process or otherwise agreed with the customer.

5. Product Information and Availability

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications and availability information.

Minor variations in colour, appearance, dimensions or packaging may occur, particularly where products are updated by the manufacturer.

Product availability may change, and NF Engros cannot guarantee that every product displayed in the webshop will be available at all times.

6. Returns

NF Engros primarily sells to businesses and professional customers. Returns must therefore be agreed with NF Engros in advance.

Products should not be returned without prior agreement.

7. Claims, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If products arrive damaged, defective or do not correspond with the order, the customer should contact NF Engros as soon as possible after discovering the issue.

Please provide relevant order information and, where appropriate, photographs documenting the damage or issue. This allows us to review and process the claim efficiently.

8. Cancellation and Changes to Orders

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact NF Engros as soon as possible.

Whether an order can be changed or cancelled depends on its processing status and, where relevant, whether products have already been ordered from a supplier or prepared for delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

NF Engros is not responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Privacy

Personal and business contact information submitted through the webshop is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

NF Engros may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary, for example to reflect changes to our services, webshop or applicable requirements.

The Terms and Conditions applicable to an order are those in effect when the order is placed.
