A history built on hospitality
NF Engros has its roots in Thorsland Import, founded in 1970. One of the company’s first products was its own LC Mix sour mix, which became a popular ingredient in bars and restaurants across Norway.
Over the years, the range expanded to include professional bar equipment, coffee and fruit syrups, blenders, coffee machines, glassware and other products for the hospitality industry.
In 2006, the company acquired the commercial kitchen division of Christiansands Glassmagasin and became Thorsland Storkjøkken.
Following a change of ownership in 2020, the company continued to expand its non-food range. In February 2021, Thorsland Storkjøkken became NF Engros AS, while the Kristiansand division continues under the Thorsland Storkjøkken name.
Today, NF Engros supplies a broad range of customers, including restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, canteens, schools, kindergartens and care facilities.
